I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint is my first night I clapped a few times watching a ball game in my room (which I know I shouldn't have been) but I got a knock on the door about a noise complaint. Perfectly fine and I understood so I kept it down. However, all night long that night and the following night, whoever was around my room was banging around and making all kinds of noise non stop. I did not make a noise complaint but maybe I should have. I just thought that was odd. Honestly though my stay was awesome and it was within walking distance of all the places I needed to go.

Beautiful property. Very clean. Only complaint is they nickel and dime you. Have to pay for water bottles in the room, and $5 a piece soda can in mini fridge. We enjoyed our stay, would stay again.

Stayed here for a concert. Valet shuttled us to the Paycom center so that was super convenient. Also Hayley at the front desk was super nice and yet above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again

The staff were friendly and helpful!! This old style beautiful hotel was perfect for our trip to OKC! The bed was so comfortable and we dined in the restaurant for breakfast which was delicious! Within walking distance is a beautiful botanical garden as well as a museum!

The property was beautiful all throughout and the rooms were very nice. Parking is a nightmare, you will have to park in the public garage across the street and walk to the hotel unless you want to pay for the valet. The desk attendant was very difficult to hear and understand and I dont feel like he did a good job explaining anything to us. We were charged an extra 50 dollars with no explanation as to why. I had to go ask and was told it was essentially a security deposit and would be returned at check out. It has not been at this time. All in all, very solid hotel and would recommend any day.

Didn’t like that I paid for a suite with a Jetta tub and got the suite with a wheel chair accessible shower. I talked to them about it and they told me it’s based off availability, I wouldn’t have bought the suite if I knew my wife wasn’t going to have a tub to relax in

Beautiful downtown hotel with great service!
This hotel was gorgeous when you walk in, and the service was top-notch! They even have a Mercedes car that you can be driven and in if you have a destination within a few miles which was really helpful. Anthony was great and drove us to dinner, our event, and back home when we stayed on a really cold night. Everyone was super friendly from check-in to valet and this place is a must stay! Their bathroom toiletries were L'ocitane which shows their attention to detail.

Everything was "fine". Problem is that I consider fine to be a downgrade for a hotel like this. Biggest problem was the bathroom. No towel racks in the vanity area and only one small one in the shower area. Door to WC squeaked loudly.

The basic double room wasn't really special. I'd choose the Omni for comfort and luxury over the Colcord. Room service was nice. If you don't look fancy or rich, the servers at the restaurant and bar will be rude. At the Omni, they're all kind and accommodating. The shower was great. Amazing water pressure. The valet staff were nice and helpful as was the check in staff. Staff delivering room service seemed happy to bring drinks and food. The walk to the Paycom Center was quick and easy even in the cold.

Exceptional Hotel - Unless Hailey is on shift
The hotel its self was very nice, the lobby and rooms were clean and elegantly decorated. Staff was mostly friendly and welcoming with the exception of Hailey who was less than cordial at check in and failed to provide even the worst level of service by providing none instead. We had chosen to valet park and I had accidentally left a small paper bag in our vehicle. I called down to request it be brought to the front desk as we didn’t know where the cars were stored. Hailey offered to deliver it to the room, I said if for some reason that is too much of hassle let me know I am happy to come down and retrieve it. Hailey said give her just a bit and she would call our room. When 5 hours went by I went down to the desk to ask for the bag a second time,Hailey stated oh gosh I forgot wait just a moment she went out to valet service to ask for and said it will be here in a few mins. I waited then had to return to our room. I waited an hour then went back down to get it and it was never brought. At this time there was new staff at the front desk who offered to personally retrieve it right then. I requested the car be brought for user so there was no need at that time. Other than that it was a more than pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and plan to visit again soon. I hope on a shift that isn’t dependent on Hailey for service.
