Was a decent hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Lots of breakfast options. Was very disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working. Pool area also wasn’t super clean and pool seemed cloudy.

I booked a room here for April and after I payed my confermation info said booked for may 22 2023 it was suppose to be April 22 2023 I asked for it to be fixed or a refund they said no so they basically got two hundred dollars free from me

Expedia screwed up our reservation, but the hotel upgraded our rooms for our troubles. It is convenient to many parts of Oklahoma City and Moore, and the hot tub and pool are well-maintained. The staff is nothing short of incredible at this location.

We had no water pressure in the mornings and the desk said it's because others are taking a shower also. I said other hotels don't have this problem , so what is your problem here ? She had no answer. The hot tub was out of order with no time line of being repaired.
