Staff was friendly, a shout out to Sarah who was so accommodating and gave great advice on the area. Beds were comfy and the place is clean.

They had unexpected staffing issues so the bistro was closed. After a long day of driving, that was mildly disappointing, but not the end of the world. The room cleanliness was ok. Not great. They put us in a room with a non-working thermostat, then moved us to a room where the thermostat worked. This was after we were all settled in for the night, so that was annoying. The next room we were in looked a little disheveled. The pics on the wall were partially broken, and though the thermostat on the unit was working, there was a missing wall unit- yet no one removed the base for it. The phone was missing all extra buttons, and there wasn’t a single mirror in the room- where there was a full-length in the previous room. Nothing terrible, just a few annoying things that added up. I wasn’t super impressed.

Their shuttle got a flat tire so it cost us 30$ to get there with a taxi. It was 1:30am we have never used a taxi before. We understand things happen but they could have at least offered us a free breakfast or coffee. Due to that we won’t be back.

There are a lot of homeless people in the area. Two young men carrying a big screen tv on the side street, 3 others pushing a grocery cart full of their belongings. Carpet down our hallway torn. No clean towels or beds made during our stay.

The room was clean, and the front desk was extremely helpful. Check-in was easy and fast. The lobby area is comfortable. Breakfast service was slow, but they only had one person working in the area. We purchased the breakfast option through Expedia and were able to order anything we wanted from the menu. We recommend the burrito but not the muffins. Our beds were comfortable, and we slept soundly.
