The pool was very crowded. Needed someone to get small kids out of the hot tub. And no towels. My family and I stay at this hotel all the time. It's our favorite in Norman. Wish you would give "goody" bags for the kids.

Nice hotel! The room was nice and clean. We did not receive free wifi.

Clean and quiet

Clean and quiet hotel. Lots of stuff to eat and do around. I've stayed a a few hotels in Norman and this is the best hotel in Norman.

Great Service Good room. Bad mattresses.

Mattresses were lacking in comfort. They need to be replaced. Always love their breakfasts and happy hours. Staff was excellent. Service was excellent.

Stayed here about 6 times previously and I can say nothing has changed over the years. Quality accommodations, service and a great location is all you can ask for.
