Pros: cleanliness
Cons: Everything seems ok.
Location: Very close to my meeting place and very quiet environment.
Very good and warm customer service. Nice environment. Love it.

Everything was fine until here was a nail sticking out of the wall right on top of the headrest. It hurt my scalp.

I won't stay there again!!

Location: Convenient location
Not a clean hotel, and the noise kept me up all night until 5:45am. Dirty, smelly and awful. The only good thing was the staff, but the housekeepers are not doing their job!!!

Poor value for your money

The front desk reception was poor. At first I was checked in to a room which has already been used and not cleaned. Then I was moved to another room. My credit card was charged even though it was already prepaid. Fortunately next morning I noticed it and it was corrected saving me later phone calls to fix it. "Breakfast to go" was empty by the time we got there at 9:00 AM.

Overnight crew was EXTREMELY rude. The employee didn't even ask 'how can I help you' after barging from a back room when we came to the front desk which was a complete turn off. It seemed as though we were bothering her just by checking in by her demeanor and salty attitude. She couldn't even put in minimal effort for customer service such as telling us anything about the hotel like the wifi password, check out time, when breakfast was served, ect... not a thing. She barely even managed to tell us which room we were in! I stay at hotels all over the country for both vacation and business and I will not be staying here again simply because of that experience. The physical hotel was good for the money, but they need to seriously rethink about who they hire and who they allow to represent their establishment.

Great Place For Vacation

The room was extremely spacious and very clean. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The shuttle driver Arthur who piccked me up from airport free of charge, went above and beyond with customer service.!
