DO NOT STAY HERE. Unsafe, dirty property, filthy mess throughout the halls. Smells terrible of smoke, people smoking down the halls. Rooms so smelly and dirty stained sheets. We left the hotel the night we checked in, could not sleep. Our reservation was for 4 nights, had to book a different hotel at our expense because Expedia would not assist us with booking another hotel. The property is very unsafe and too many illegal activities happening on premise. Management does not care and allows it.

When we arrived there was a foul stench they said they needed to call for a "well check". it was obvious someone died there was a bug on our bed i wanted to leave but we had no where else to go at thst time of night it was awful, unsafe and dirty we couldnt use the shower because of the mold on the ceiling above it

This was the crummiest place I have have ever been. The staff was never at the counter, housekeeping never came to my room in nine days (was supposed to come after 1 week), yapping barking dogs everywhere, people smoking pot and cigarettes all around the entrance, and noisy until 2-3 o’clock in the morning.

Hotels.com foul-up
The manager on duty was very patient and helpful trying to resolve Hotels.com screw-up on my reservation. It took approximately one hour to resolve with Hotels.com not forwarding my reservation to the property. Trying to communicate with Hotels.com was most of the problem. Even the manager was having difficulty resolving the issue with hotels.com not providing the correct information. The situation was poorly handled by Hotels.com and I may never use them again.

Stayed for 2 days with my fiancée. Not the best ESA I’ve stayed in, but, not the worst either. Room was comfortable, however, coffee pots are not provided anymore, and you have to request the dishes you need from the front desk. COVID has apparently changed things. Did see a roach on the wall, but, not sure if it was already there or brought in by someone else. Even with the few disappointments, it was a nice stay in OKC for the weekend.

The staff was very polite and courteous. My room did not look like the pictures at all. The room smelled, the appliances need to be updated, the floor in my room and the hallway needs a good cleaning. There was nothing mentioned of a deposit needed at check-in.

Rooms by the hour
I was scared to go to sleep. I believe they rent rooms by the hour. There was plenty of people you could choose from, that were hanging around the entrance. There was so much noise from other guests. Kids running up and down the hallway. I couldn't get coffee or muffin. All the kids were there getting all the muffins. Staff was rude. I had to wait at the door to be let in while the employee and another man were working out a deal for the man to rent a room for a couple of hours.

First walked up to the front where group of guys were smoking under the NO Smoking sign (property employee was with them). Front desk employee was nice. Room was dirty (I mean nasty) and in bad condition. Literally had screws sticking out of the wall (the sharp end)! One of the only times I’ve ever taken pictures just to make sure I didn’t get charged for the preexisting damages. Honestly would have left but couldn’t find another option.

I arrived at this location at 10:00 am and they refused to honor the room the manager said i can't check in now i have to come back at 3:30 since they don't have any room available even expedia sent me email with confirmation i can check in at 7:00 am and i showed that to the manager but he still deny and said this is a glitch. I have to wait for more than 5 hours that was not a good service also this location is filthy with crockroches. Expedia did not do anything to help so i would not use Expedia any more.

I hated this place. I had much higher expectations. When i checked in I saw two hookers leaving the building. Ironically and sadly, there were human trafficking posters all over the place. There was a mold smell stench and when I turned in the lights I saw about three roaches scurry in the kitchen and one crawling on the bath tub. I was repulsed and will NEVER pick this company again. If you are considering it, DON’T DO IT! It’s worth it to pay more for better. The only positive was the front desk staff who seemed courteous yet, in my opinion, clueless.

The night clerk was great. The room suffered from long term neglect and a lack of maintenace.
