Not fancy but very clean and friendly staff. Great continental breakfast mostly due to the nice lady that was so helpful. I will stay at this motel the next time I'm in the Edmond area.

The front desk staff were not very accommodating as I was in OKC from Dallas, TX for tests at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital and I requested a 1pm checkout time instead of 12 noon. My daughter had traveled with me and she had to checkout and sit in the lobby. I was back at 12:20pm. For 10 years, I have gone to OKC for heart tests and this is the first property that would not extend the checkout.I have stayed at Fairfield Hotels everywhere but never will again!!

The hotel was fine. We stayed one night on our way to Texas. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was really good and they even had bacon. We would stay again.

The property was easy to access, right off the main highway. Down the road are multiple dining options as well as a Target and grocery store. The room was clean and large enough for my family of 5. The swimming pool and gym area were also clean and easily accessible. Breakfast was a hit with many options and an attendant who was more than on top of refilling food and keeping things tidy.

Indoor pool but it was very cold for being a “heated pool”. The bath tub was peeling and very rough and the floor was not very clean (there was a lot of debris all around the baseboards and corners). I loved the layout of the kind suite and the bed was comfortable.

This Fairfield is tucked away off the road and near the end of a cul de sac so there is no traffic so it is quiet.

Really NEED to put higher toilets in all bathrooms! The one we had was for much lower than a standard toilet. Bed was strange, but Loved the height though.

Everything about my stay was excellent, except the hallways and elevator needed vacuuming. My room was very clean, bed was good. I was astounded at the quality of the breakfast served. I'd certainly stay here again.

Wonderful service and staff, especially thanks to manager Imran. We had booked a longer duration for a surgery in the nearby hospital. They were very understanding when we checked out early as we were discharged sooner than anticipated. The location was ideal for us and for most needs as it is very close to I-35 and a 7-11 is right next door. Very clean and comfortable space.

Everything was great EXCEPT the beds.
Everything about the hotel was fine for the price point EXCEPT the beds. THEY WERE HORRIBLE!!!! It literally felt like sleeping on springs covered by sheets of cardboard boxing. The quality of the bed is frankly an embarrassment to the hotel brand.
