Housekeeper was very helpful and honored my fast request. Breakfast crew is awesome. For others, ill leave it as i had to call and complain at customer service. I won’t be back at the same hotel for sure.

They gave me a room right by the elevators. It was so noisy between the kids running in the hall, people shouting at each other and the room above stomping and dropping stuff it was hard to sleep. The beds were hard and really uncomfortable. The room was old, musty and outdated. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. They didn't even have regular black tea at the breakfast. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns including the one in Bartlesville OK and had a great experience. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.
