This property was in need of a good cleaning. I did see a sign in the lobby saying they were in a renovation. Our room was in poor condition, peeling paint and overall dirty. The elevators were dirty. Once the renovations are complete this would be a nice place to stay.

Staff promptly addressed the towels that had fallen off the shelf into the toilet (not sure why they don't close the lid after cleaning, this would avoid this issue). Great selection for breakfast: cereal, juice, coffee, bagels, waffles, sausage, eggs, etc.

Really disgusting, there was a loveseat in the room that obviously someone had had sex on, and the staff thought it was OK to leave the stains on the loveseat that were entirely obvious to anyone that even looked.

We had to move from the Embassy hotel to Hamilton. The Hamilton customer service was far above and beyond that of the other hotel

The hotel is clean. The check in was very quick and easy. The person at the counter was helpful and friendly. The area is close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this hotel to anyone from family trips to business trips.

Fresh clean, comfortable rooms
Came in for an overnight stay, standard king. Staying here gave me hope when staying in hotels. I have not stayed in a cleaner room since before 2019. The sheets were fresh, not a hint of dust or past guest residue. Room smelled freshly cleaned. Comfortable bedding. Did not parttake in breakfast provided. Easy check in and check out. $20/nt for incidentals.

Hapton in need of help
This Hotel is in neof a lot of updates. The Carpets in room is terrible in hallway stinky and dirty. The TV looks like a laptop I have. Not sure who gives this place a excellent review, but its not worth $100 plus.

I couldn't get past arriving late at night and having no exterior lighting at all - no lit sign, on the building or the walkway - pitch black! If I hadn't already paid I would have left. I never felt safe at this property and every employee gave a different excuse for lack of lights!
