The breakfast selection was great and the staff was constantly making sure everything was filled and ready to help if you needed anything. The pool was great, my 4yo grand daughter loved it. I definitely like that it has the shallow area for the smaller kids. They did put us in a handicap room for some reason, which we did not request or need. The main downfall to that was that it is directly off the elevators, so you could hear everyone coming and going at all hours. I would stay here again if I were to visit the area.

Upon checking in, was given a room that was already occupied. After trying to fix the "computer" mess up, was given an upgrade, which did not have any head (mind it was 17 degrees outside). More apologies (accepted) and 3rd room now: heater worked for 20 minutes than just blew cool air. By that time I was too tired to move to another room. Staff was very apologetic and tried to accommodate but the matter of the fact does not change, facility need some upkeep.

The gym had issues with the door lock mechanism but other than that it was an incredible experience they let me and my girlfriend check in even tho we are only 18 which was incredible because we were trying to find one that would let us in

My wife was woken up being bit by a bedbug. We have pictures but we can't upload on here but needless to say we spent the last 2 hours at a local laundromat washing our belongs fearing to take our belonging into our home. We probably will be throwing our clothes away. Better safe than sorry I guess most hotels in the area are either full or their systems are being updated for the next day . So we are stuck sleeping in our vehicle..the whole experience has been terrible to say the least..we have stayed at this location in the past never had any issues but this time was the worse . We hope to get a refund. We spoke to front desk and was told that they would like management know in the morning they offered another room but we respectfully declined due to fearing another room may also have bedbugs ..we have never had an experience like this before and just for the record my wife caught the bedbug and I found a piece of tape and was able to show the front desk and I truly hope they take this situation serious because I don't wish this type of experience on anyone else it has been a horrible experience .
