Nice hotel, comfortable beds. Great pool area, especially for kids, but wish they would heat it more- it’s absolutely freezing! Also no hot tub which is a shame. Great location in Bricktown, close to canal and lots of nice restaurants. Breakfast is ok- could do with more hot food options. Parking is expensive.

I booked the room for our 18-year old son who tried to find shelter from the storm and was turned down at the check-in because the age for check-in was 21. The front desk told us to cancel and get refund from Expedia and the rep at Expedia said we cannot get a refund due to short notice. I do not think it is fair. As a business owner myself, I would have refunded the cost if we cannot provide a service to the customer.

This was a great location for our trip back home to Arizona. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had many options for dining and the recommendations from the staff were "spot on".

Overall, it was excellent. Great location, breakfast, facility, room, and value. The staff I interacted with were great, but they seemed stretched too thin when we checked in—overall understaffed.

Kids love the pool and the waffles for breakfast. Had a little trouble with the door key and the app did not work either. Overall it was a good experience.

Parking garage was nice to have with direct access to hotel. Pool was perfect for the kids in our crew. Front desk staff was amazing, above and beyond with help, kindness, and accommodating.

The atmosphere here is amazing! The rooms are decently sized and not as uncomfortable as some hotel beds. There are lots of dining options around and I highly recommend eating anywhere by the water. 10/10 great experience!

We love staying here. Staff is always great. It’s in a convenient area to Bricktown while also being quiet and comfortable. Parking garage option makes things easy!

Booked this hotel for the pool. Drove 4 hours to just hang at the pool with the family. The pool was closed. Also reserved a 2 room suite but the rooms were not separated like in the pictures. Those were the only two problems but the first was a big problem for us.

We do have this posted on our booking site with Expedia to ensure that guests booking online through Expedia have accurate expectations when staying with us. Terrible experienced. Additional fee for parking which $25 whenyoucheck-in, not my fault they don't have a parking space. On website they said pool is available but when I got there its under construction. Park at 4th floor but the elevator is broken so I used stairs with my whole things and 2 kids.
