Lady at checkin was kind. Had to wait 10 minutes for luggage cart. The parking lot, road, environment, etc was terrible. Not a safe place for property or guests. Smoke shop, marijuana store and homeless shelter greet the guests in your parking lot. Broken down cars and trucks took up space. Seriously, your renovated hotel lacks security and that does not make me want to return to Holiday Inn.

Unfortunately upon arriving, I was given the key to a room that a family was already staying in (thank goodness they weren’t in when I opened the door). I was then given another room which looked like it had not been cleaned since the last guest checked out. The front desk attendant helping me out that night was very kind and apologetic about the whole thing. On the third try, he went to check the room himself beforehand, so it worked out in the end. It seems to have been some errors in the system which I can’t be mad at, but the whole ordeal was quite irritating and tiring. The new attendant the next morning was great as well, she helped me find something I lost. Overall, it seems that the staff are doing fine but maybe the system/facilities are lacking.

Overall it was a good hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were no vending machines. It looked like there was some remodeling going on in the lobby that was not mentioned when we booked.

The breakfast was good, the property was newly renovated and it looked great. The only thing that I didn’t like was our bathroom wasn’t completely clean, I found hairs inside sink and floor.

The staff was very accommodating and thorough. The room was comfortable and clean. I witnessed some renovations being done which was a good sign to me. You seem to be in the process of keeping the rooms upgraded. Access to the building is a little odd, but not much of a problem. I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying at this location in the future.

We stayed here while attending OSU homecoming in Stillwater. Very clean and much more affordable than staying in Stillwater. Service was excellent. We highly recommend.

It is very close to the interstate. The elevator was making strange noises and I felt is was very sketchy. The lock on the door was missing a screw and the others were lose. There was a screw almost completely out that holds the handle on for the shower. There was one that was completely missing so it only had one holding it in. For breakfast I couldn’t get any milk or a hard boiled egg cause the door was locked. I told the staff and nobody unlocked it. I won’t be staying here again.

Hi!The elevator goes thru city/state inspection and I assure you it is in good working order.! I do apologize for the maintenance issues, the entire hotel received a brand new renovation few months ago and we will continue to work on improving the hotel. Room service didn’t service our room for the first 3 days being there. When they serviced the just took dirty towels and made beds. Never took trash or wiped counters and desk off.

The hotel was very nice. Accessing from highway was slightly difficult as the entrance is not marked and you have to pass through another hotel parking area to access the front lobby.

Hi Kenneth, thank you for your feedback. Glad to know that you had a nice stay. There is a Hotel sign at the entrance, but it could be a little tricky to find the right entrance and unfortunately, we do share the entrance with a motel as we are located behind them.

Disappointed in the staff when we checked in and out. Arrived around 8pm and who I think was the manager didn’t acknowledge me and was on the phone walking around. They were having elevator issues, and understandable that was the priority. But would have at least been nice to be greeted and told it may take a few to get someone down than just ignored. Checking out was a little smoother but the staff didn’t not seem friendly/welcoming. Would not stay there again.
