I like this property because they have the jacuzzi tub suite. In one area of the room it smelled of syrup and the floor was sticky. I would recommend sweeping and mopping those beautiful wood floor that have just been put in for the remodel.

I got a call from the property before I got there and they stated that the virtual card hadn’t went through. The rep told me to call Expedia and have them call the hotel about the virtual card. I chatted with Expedia through the chat line on my app and they were on the phone with the hotel in about five minutes. Once I checked in the hotel, I asked the rep has he received the email from Expedia. He stated that he had not received it yet, but it was not our fault and he was going to check us in anyway. Checking in about an hour or three later a charge of $90.33. Hit my credit card.. I didn’t understand why I was being charged for the room again because I had already paid through Expedia so when I checked out this morning, I let the rep at the desk know that I was charged double for the room. He told me up on my check out that a manager will call me about the double charge. About 10 o’clock I received a call from the manager stating that he would refund me back my $160 and some change. Wow you charge me $160 over when my room was already paid for through Expedia. I am asking why do they go into peoples accounts after we’ve already paid through Expedia and double charge the customers. This is never happened and I’ve been checking into this hotel for quite some time now. I really want to get this issue resolved in this not happening again. I do have a current reservation for the Hampton Inn on Friday and I hope this doesn’t happen.

Very nice hotel and property. It was easy to access from right off the interstate. The staff were GREAT! I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was not included- when we went to eat they were tearing it down 20 minutes before it was supposed to end and we were abruptly barked at by one of the kitchen staff that we had to pay. I didn’t argue, but I paid 9.99 for cold eggs and a bagel and it was torn down before 10:00 for the “all you can eat breakfast”. We just didn’t eat there again.

We usually stay at this hotel when we travel east and on our return trip. Staff is always helpful. Rooms are always real comfortable.

It is a nice hotel with a nice pool and microwave in the room. Unfortunately, the breakfast costs extra. It's a buffet, but not any nicer than some hotels have included for free. Don't expect the décor to be in the best of shape. Could use some updating. We did see signs that they are under construction, but did not see where that was taking place.

Not a good experience
I was charge two additional times for over $300 each time. The front desk was unable to help and blamed it on hotels.com. Fitness room was closed, swimming pool smelt like fish and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

The bed was comfortable. Had a microwave and refrigerator. The furniture was faux leather and pealing. The pieces were on the carpet and looked terrible. Hot water in the morning wasn’t working until 10 am. Adults outside in hallway fighting and police had to be called. Most likely wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was trashed and dirty and the room looked like it was full of mold in the restroom and shower. We got a jacuzzi suite but didn't even use the jacuzzi and left at 1am after we couldn't get the air conditioner to work properly

The room we stayed in the couch seats really need to be replaced. Thw room looked nice and welcoming but the sofa chair the seats were peeling and didn't look nice. The rest of the room was great.

Don't stay at this hotel
The ONE time I do not read the reviews first and I get bit! We reserved this hotel for two reasons: the jacuzzi tub and room service. The tub was not big enough for two average sized people, and we have been to hotels were it is sufficient size. They don't currently have room service; nice of them to not say so at the beginning. The TV service was crap. The $12 buffet breakfast was a joke and we walked out. There was no lightbulb in one of the bedside lamps. A shortage of outlets by the bed. And the bed sagged in the middle like it was a decade old and I slept horribly. This was a much needed one night staycation and it was such a disappointment.

There was food by the nightstand and lots of glitter all over the room. The room use from Valentine’s celebration was still there when we checked in 2/19/2022. The whirlpool tub was dirty and i had to clean it before using it. I always bring bleach to any hotel room that I stay in. The cleanliness is an issue. I also have pictures to prove it.
