"The property looked good from the outside but the inside need work. The ceramic tile was missing the mortor so they would move when you walked on them. The furnace to some time to warm the room up. And the ceramic tile in the bathroom was also loose. The front door had looked like it was kicked in ..."

"When I arrived I was checked into room 317. The bed was unmade and there was a big sprayer of vinegar sitting in the middle of the room in between the bed and the couch. We were then moved to 311 and the room was okay. The pool looked foggy so we didn't want to get in."
