Very spacious room.

Pros: Great value.
Cons: Living room Furniture wasn't comfortable.

Great for the price

Love the location and price! However the only issue we had was we were a late check in and upon arrival had no idea on how to check in as the front was locked .... had to wait for someone to arrival rive to check us in. My 2nd complaint would be we only had housekeeping go to our room our very first day and we were still sleeping... we had to wash our own towels and use again because they were never replaced and we kept trying to call the front desk and never got through to anyone. Other than that it was a great stay very quiet. Loved how it is gated. And another suggestion would be to have pool towels at the pool

The next time you book, if you will be arriving after the standard front desk hours, please let them know upon booking your reservation and they will be happy to notate that in your reservation. We can provide you with our after hours contact phone number, so during your drive to our property you may call them to let them know you are close to arriving. This helps eliminate any waiting time. At times the staff are receiving many phone calls. As we would love to answer each call as quickly as possible, our phone system will place you in a queue to wait on hold or give the option to leave a callback and one of our friendly associates will call you back. You may always contact housekeeping directly or go in to guest services and request more towels. The staff will be happy to provide you more.

Very nice and large Has everything you need. We slept in and missed breakfast but the menu looked great.

Good value for the money

Pros: The breakfast was very nice
Cons: I wish the bathroom had been a little cleaner.
Location: The location is northwest of downtown. It isn't adjacent to anything special but it was easy to get around from there.
This is an old apartment complex that has been converted into an extended stay hotel. When you stay here you get a lot. This isn't a fancy place but it is good enough. You get a fully furnished apartment with a refrigerator, three TV's and a washer and dryer. You get breakfast and dinner every day. I would stay here again next time I'm in Oklahoma City.

Very disappointing

Pros: not much
Cons: Actual pictures of the rentals and not just the updated ones
Location: It is in a residential neighborhood but many restaurants and shopping are close by.
Stayed here a few years and it was wonderful. This year I learned that all "hotel" rentals are now in the very back. I did not feel safe and only one of the two bathrooms worked. The code they gave us to get into the gate never worked and we had to call security every night to get into the apartment complex. We were unable to work it out with the office since they are open 9-9 and we had to leave the apartment every morning before 7 and not return until after 10. Very inconvenient to not have 24 hour staff for issues.

We offer a variety of apartments ranging from our standard apartment homes to our deluxe apartment homes, with different price structures to fit all of our guests needs. We have a variety of locations on our property, when booking your reservation you can request a specific location, but is not something we can guarantee. Our front desk standard hours are 9:00-9:00. However we always hour 24 hour on call, which the number is provided upon check in. So for anything you may need they can assist.

Bed sinks in the middle. Paint peeling off bathtub and dirty! Ceramic tile coming up.

Having a room that's not a standard everyday hotel room is great. I liked the apartment feeling. Having your own space was great!

The staff was super nice. Above and beyond nice! Room smelled of mold and two of our days the breakfast was super salty. I did see a lot of renovations going on during my stay

It's not top of the line by any means, but it's a nice place to stay where you can have a full apartment to yourself.

Amazing staff and facilities, staff treated me as if I was their only guest. 5 star service. They was better then the downtown expensive hotel.
