I have several complaints 1) room smelt like smoke 2) breakfast was nasty 3) handicap room (we didnt ask for) shower water ran all across bathroom floor 4) pullout bed wasnt made had to ask for bedding 5) no snacks was told to go to comfort inn acroos street 6) no hot tub like advertised 7) was made to sort and put soaked towels in laundry room because employee said she couldnt and i had to or she couldnt give me more. It would be easier for customer service to call me. Or email me! Very disappointed and want $ back!

The check in was fine and the attendant was pleasant. We were pulling a trailer and couldn’t park as close as we could at the Santa Rosa NM La Quinta. Had to call the Front desk about loud music outside the room in a common area. The breakfast provided wasn’t very good, your very basic of choices. I would think that La Quinta hotels would be very similar in quality and amenities so when booking your travel you’d choose other La Quinta properties, unfortunately there’re not. The Santa Rosa NM La Quinta had many more choices at breakfast, and didn’t have a cable box hanging from the wall. I’m not trying to be super critical, just giving an honest opinion after staying at a different La Quinta property the night before. Sorry but it’s a night and day difference. We’ll try another hotel brand when traveling through again.

I booked a mobility room n my chair doesnt fit in the bathroom or in the room without being stuck or in the way.The bathroom has a tub n no walk in shower. Last time we stayed everything was great. Julie is a doll. Dont know if we will stay here again
