Thanksgiving trip

Stayed in this hotel while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The room was very comfortable. The 2nd day my Grandchildren came over with my daughter to play in the indoor swimming pool. They had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect!

Terrible experience

The hotel did not have the room I reserved available. Instead, they gave me a smoking room even after I told them about my extreme allergy to smoke. I tried to suggest other options to the front desk clerk, such as upgrading a room with me paying the difference, but she refused. She contacted the GM on the phone who also refused to consider any options other than giving me a smoking room. The front desk clerk then shoved under my nose a piece of paper that said: "Smoking preferences cannot be guaranteed". I survived the night in the room only with the help of my CPAP machine
