Totally inadequate parking at an okay hotel

I was appalled when I arrived at the hotel to check into my reserved room at about 10 PM and was told to park my nearly brand-new very expensive vehicle ACROSS THE ROAD IN THE SHOPPING CENTER PARKING LOT! By the way, I am elderly, mobility-impaired, and I must use a cane to get around. I shouldn't have to tell you about the possible liability (for YOU!) lurking here, but I guess I just did. FIX IT!

Not All La Quinta Inns Are The Same!

We were disappointed. This hotel is not like the pictures, and it is not like the one we like in Kearney, NE. They must have just redecorated, and the decor is awful. The mattresses are hard, and the bedding feels synthetic and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just ok...rubbery eggs and waffles that don't get done in the waffle maker. I would not stay again.

Even when my hotel.com reservation didn't show up in thier system the front staff called hotels.com and sorted out the issue. The hotel is being rennovated i could still smell the paint a little in our room.
