Nice hotel but..

While checking in we were instructed to park on the "west" side of the building, after unloading our luggage and finding the elevator we found our room was on the "east" side of the motel, right next to the lobby elevator. The door coming in and out of the stairwell next to our room was very loud and slammed at least 10 times between 10:30pm and 8:00am.

Great hotel in a great location

I would stay here again for the following reasons:. 1. Staff is customer friendly and customer service driven; 2. Hotel amenities are what we needed; 3. Hotel felt safe and secure; 4. Hotel staff adds personal touches to what they do so that the experience is unique and enjoyable. Finally, I forgot an item at the hotel and called the next day. The item was found and they are shipping the item to me free of charge. That is excellent customer service!

Did not meet expectations

If I had known they were doing exstensive renovations would not have stayed there. To be fair, staff was very apologetic, but that didn't cover up the paint smells and over all chaos going on. Had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get in to the make shift breakfast room.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff
Location: Lake Hefner, shopping, great eats, downtown accessible
The staff is tremendous! The Hotel is being remodeled and the rooms are remarkable.

Ongoing construction

Ongoing construction but to their credit didn't start noise until 8 am. Kudos to the staff that take customer service to a level you might expect at a 5 star property. Polite, professional, and quick to solve problems.

Perfect stay and newly renovated!

Breakfast was so-so but hot and cold options for all. The new beds are heavenly bundles of sleeping bliss! Clean suite and entire building was spotless. So much room and so tastefully redecorated. Fruit and coffee were available all day for a quick snack or pick-me-up, thank you! My favorite place to stay in OKC!

The floor we were on was recently remodeled and it was SO nice! Felt really clean and the design is great. Always love that pets can stay for free as well!
