Pros: Spacious, clean, great breakfast, within walking distance to everything in brick town plus memorial and botanical liked pool and patio.
This was a very, very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Had a nice pool and another patio next to it. Walking distance to most things.

Great Location for Bricktown activities

Posted Aug 10, 2016
Pros: Location, pet friendly, housekeeping staff - always spoke to you whenever passing in hallway, clean pool area, basketball court.
Cons: Parking and a vary of meat selection for the breakfast-
Location: Nice area for eating - whether you're looking for a fun filled restaurant or fast food- all within walking distance. Horse drawn carriage rides- canal
The check in was quick, although the desk clerk wasn't overly friendly. The parking was a little tricky, because of it being so close to the Bricktown area, but they had other options available as to where to park. Our room was very nice and roomy with a nice view of the canal. The room wasn't 100% clean- we did notice a used wash cloth under the sink area, but it could have been an oversight because of where it was located. Housekeeping had to bring up some more bedding and towels for us, because we reserved our room for 6, but only had 4 towels and 1 wash cloth upon arrival and nothing to cover up with on the sofa sleeper. The pad for the sofa sleeper was well worn down and we ended up purchasing an air mattress after the first night. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and provide speedy service. Nice places for walking your dog and walkways. The breakfast area is set up very helpful and a full breakfast was provided. The outdoor spa wasn't in operation, but the indoor spa was and a nice welcome after a day of walking and sightseeing. The pool was a saltwater pool and very clean and roomy for several families to enjoy. Lots of places to sit and relax. The grounds were well kept. We were at the end of the hallway, but a very quiet room. Overall very nice place to stay with a large family and pets.

A good Hotel in Bricktown

Posted Jul 18, 2016 on Hotels
Housekeeping services needsto be improved. The microwave needed to be scrubbed thoroughly. Wash towels were not placed for 2 days in the room. The commode needed adjusting. The receptionists are phenomenal.Very accommodating young ladies. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome. Breakfast foods for all tastes.

we loved the room, all of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful the only problem was the refrigerator froze all of our fruit. Not a big deal but still an inconvenience.

Hotel overall was great for somewhere to sleep. We came for family trip and to let our little kids swim. We were unable to swim that night because of the weather and planned to swim the next morning from 9-12, but the hotel decided to shock the pool at 9 and didn't tell us till 1:00 that we could have used another hotel pool after checking in with them 3 previous times earlier that morning. Needless to say we were a bit frustrated. We wish they would have mentioned it earlier that morning.
