Old Motel 6 with things removed or dirty

Pros: It did have plates and utensils and cups. The water was hot for the shower and sink.The TV was large.
Cons: The appearance.
Location: Near the freeway.
Not Good. We wanted a kitchenette and this was the only one in the general area. They rent these units out for people staying longer term than our one night. The place had cig. burns on the bath tub, toilet seat and kitchen counter. There was no dish soap, sponge or towel in the kitchen. The comforter was an old one from Motel 6, even had the name on it.

yet another example of "you get what you pay for"; Not upset, I wasn't looking for an extravagant room at a cheapo price....and at the time the room didn't really matter. It was just a room, nothing fancy, nothing unbearable. I will say the room was spacey...so that was nice. I'd stay again if need be as long as you weren't trying to impress anyone or feel as if your staying at some extravagant palace you'll be fine.

First room was never cleaned. They put me in a second room and the toilet in there was not bolted down, had feces stains around the ring from moving around so much. Not a very maintained property.

Renovations

They are renovating the motel so understandable that it is in a bit of a frenzy. However the room was still dingy, the counters were dirty and the floor didn't look vacuumed. They could have done a much better job at making the room inviting, its not bad for adults but until the renovations are complete I would not bring my children here.
