Not what I was hoping.

Pros: Location mostly. Also pet friendly. There was an event in town, so this was not my first choice.
Cons: Cleanliness. Bed cover appeared to be soiled and odor in room
Location: Location by freeway. Shoping centers and restaurants near by.

Excellent motel with easy access and parking

Location: Don't know the town, business trip
Room was exceptional, comfortable beds, nice flat screen tv. Not much for breakfast for a quick bite like muffin donut or fruit. If you don't mind going out for breakfast then it's great place

Cons: Hauling all my stuff upstairs
Location: Right off I 40 easy on and off.
Plenty of outlets, free, easy with fi. Large flat screen, plenty of channels. 10.00 pet fee. Open field for walking dog. Right off freeway easy on and off.

It was conveniently located and we were put on the 1st floor, which was great because we have small children.

Disappointing

Pros: It was comfortable
Cons: Microwave didn't work
The experience was ok, but had issues with the microwave. Would have told the front desk to get it fixed but we only stayed only one night.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Attitude would be the first thing I would suggest improving
There were 3 available wifi connections. The one they gave me would not work. I took my laptop to the desk and they couldn't get the user id or password to work either. When I asked about using one of the other two available access points I was told there was nothing they could do. Rude staff; unfriendly and you are definitely a bother; Poor choices for breakfast; either desk chair was broken or it's really a recliner;

Hotel ok, given wrong room

Hotel was fine for a quick 1 night stay. Did not confirm room as Expedia email said not to worry about confirmation. Upon arrival, front desk gave out a smoking room key which was not what we paid for! Uncooperative front desk...Had to contact my business secretary after hours (two states away) to contact this hotel to straighten out the hotels mistake-finally got the room we paid for.
