This is a first class facility. Our room was beautiful, room service and the bar were both top notch.

I paid for a superior king size room which was supposed to come with a mini fridge and did not. The shower water pressure was sub par at best. The Jacuzzi in the pool area did not work at all and the water was colder than the pool.

The place is beautiful! The history behind the Skirvin is very interesting. The staff is knowledgeable and will tell so much about it if you ask. Built in 1911, this has been the place for many presidents and celebrities. 10 out of 10, and I would stay again. Just a few steps from Bricktown!

The smell of the 11th floor was unbearable. It smelled like musty water. I didn’t even end up staying the night. I left before 10pm. Couldn’t stomach the smell.

Not horrible, but probably won't stay again.
We enjoyed our stay for a night staycation during the holiday season to attend a Thunder game. Nothing extra about the stay. Don't expect great service from front desk, was not even welcomed or given a smile or eye contact...three ladies there. Just told me they couldn't help and to move to the lady that never said a word other than to give my info. Never told me room number or have a nice stay, I was a little thrown off by this No water for coffee in rooms. They were clean and comfy, but you can hear everything happening. outside your room. Which is understandable for age of the hotel. Will probably spend a bit more to stay else where on our next stay.

I stay here every time when passing through. The lobby smells amazing and you are delighted by the grandeur of this beautiful hotel. Staff is great and so accommodating. A wonderful place to stay.

It’s a beautiful historic hotel, but the service was like I was at a roadside motel. There were a couple that were kind to me, but none that made me feel like my being there was important or special. It would’ve been great for them to recommend the restaurant because the food was fantastic.

Just ok.
Booked this for my road trip because I needed a place to stay that allowed pets and had Tesla charging. Unfortunately the pet fee was $100 and you can only access the charger if you valet for $35. So it definitely added up. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very dated and in need of a refresh. The location was ok but nothing spectacular in my mind.

This historic hotel was great! The decor was very Art Deco style from the 1920's. The staff was superb as well. We were in a corner room, and it had a good view of the city. The Red Piano Bar was entertaining too. There was someone playing the red piano each night. This hotel is also only 3 blocks from the infamous Bricktown. The only downside to our stay was that we had to leave!

Was a neat hotel with history! Wish had breakfast for amount we paid. Room was pretty small. Had some burnt areas on sheet cover, and an area of broken trim and broken door stop and a broken Curtain stick. But it was very clean just this room needed attention. Lighting was very dim. Staff was friendly and again no complaints about it being dirty! Safe area and convenient

It is a beautiful old hotel on the outside and in the lobby. Our room was outdated, and by that i mean some of the furniture was worn and cracked to the point that they looked like it came out of a garage sale. There was trash in the bathroom floor, and dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we first checked in. When i told the front desk about this they said they would make the cleaning staff aware and that was it. The worst part was that the toilet was leaking between the base and the floor. When i went to the bathroom in the morning i found my feet wet from toilet water. Again i told the front desk and was told that she would alert the proper people. We don't have a lot of money but we stayed here for our anniversary and it was the most expensive room i could find. I just wanted to do something special for my wife. I would have been better at the holiday Inn.

The front desk staff was super helpful and nice! Very pleasant to talk to. The property is really pretty. Breakfast at the restaurant was just ok and the host was not great. Overall, my kids really liked the hotel and we would stay there again (we would just do breakfast elsewhere :)).
