This hotel needs to be updated, biggest complaint was we were offered a shuttle service to the airport, however the return pick up instructions were not explained beforehand that we would need to call 24 hours ahead of schedule to arrange. Had to taxi back to the hotel to get vehicles. however, it was still a savings from what airport parking would have cost.

Our room looked nice but several items broken and front desk not friendly. Management was not helpful with very loud room (screaming, shouting and laughing loudly) next door. Informed the front desk twice and they said they went up and listened but heard nothing. They called (we could hear the phone ring) but people in the room won’t answer. After telling the desk about it the second time they only said that the hotel was full and we can’t move us when we just wanted it to stop. Pool door won’t open and front desk said it should with no problems. When we finally got in, it was dirty, no towels, pool was freezing, and hot tub was leak warm. That was one of the reasons we pick the hotel. We would never stay again!!

The check in was super fast , no troubles there. We went in our rooms and oe of the rooms sofa bed was in very bad conditions that the springs from the mattress were coming out and had a bad smell to it. 2nd , the pool area water was very dirty (cloudy) lastly they don't have towels in pool area or would not give us anything when we went to ask for some. They said they don't have any. Very disappointed. I will not be staying here anymore. It looks more like a cheap Motel .I was traveling with my teenage kids.

The room was decent but the comode would not flush. The yoing man working when we checked in was kinda rude, not willing to accommodate me with a chair in my handicap assesable room.

The room had a joining room. The family was loud all night and it smelled like weed. Not a good place to be at. The bath tub was clogged and there was no hot water. Will not be going there again.

Spent night at hotel before early flight the next day. Flight got cancelled and I was able to spend another night at the same hotel/same room at same price.
