“Let me start by saying the staff and service was excellent. You could not fault them for trying to please and ensuring that they made you as welcome and comfortable as possible. But the camp itself was very run down and showers and general facilities disappointing. The blame for this has to be with the owners of the camp who have failed to spend money on decent facilities. The money we paid was not a mean amount and I am sure others paid more but really the owners need to reconsider whether or……

“This is an excellent property in the heart of amboseli national park. Staff across the board were unfailingly friendly, helpful and extremely hospitable. The food served as a buffet was extremely good with a wide range of options. As an Indian vegetarian I would especially like to highlight the quality of the indian vegetarian food served. It was really well made. The kids enjoyed the pool which was well maintained. Would highly recommend a stay here”

“有一个惊人景色的草坪， 进门的大堂也不俗，泳池也美，但是基本没有机会游泳，因为整天白天都出去看动物了。 服务好，但不是发自内心的微笑，有两个马赛人穿着传统的服装，我合完影，然后挤眉弄眼的轻声要小费，瞬间让酒店高达上的形象没了。 房间老式的，窗美，但是其它设施太过老旧。和公园门口的帐篷酒店的舒适度没法比，如果下次我还来玩，一定全程住公园门口的帐篷酒店”

“Restaurant”

“This is a very nice hotel resort. The tent is in good condition and spacious. Security is good especially it is in fact a tented accommodation. You feel so secure within the camp. It was so nice to sit outside the tent (they provide sofa chair outside the tent which is so considerate). Looking at the sky and hearing the natural sound at night was really a great experience especially for visitors from cities like us. The only setback is the hot water. I was forced to take cold water bath……
