When checking in, there was an error on Expedia’s end, stating we had not paid. I presented the desk clerk with my online bank transactions showing the amount was taken from my account. Rather than making us wait, he quickly gave us our keys and told us that he would contact Expedia but to enjoy our stay. I’m the past, we have had to wait while staff sorted it out or told to contact Expedia ourselves. Very considerate of him as we have two rambunctious children and were tired out. Will book again.

everything you need is around the hotel you have a gas station you have Wendy’s you have McDonald’s you have a breakfast area you have the shopping area it’s all nice

The hotel was spotless. It was quiet. Amenities were good too. There is a Wendy’s, McDonalds, Waffle House and gas station next door. Convenient to interstate. Breakfast options were great too. Staff friendly

Room way too DARK - needs brighter light bulbs. Bathroom sink is a JOKE, too small and shallow. TV has a max set volume that can not be heard over the loud AC unit.

The place was just average. The halls need to be cleaned as well as the elevator. Generly it just felt like it was run down. The breakfast was good and the room was adequate.

Room was not made up the 3rd night. Had to go to front desk every night for enough towels. Night desk clerk on nights 2, 3, and 4 acted like I was a burden and elevator was broken on night 4. Stayed there again because staff and service was so good a year ago.

Found food from previous tenants in room. Found used ear plug in room. Ripped couch cushions, office chair and worn/scratched furniture found in room. Staff was nice but the place is not well looked after. Very limited parking. No extra blanket. AC in room not adjustable.

Nice hotel for the price especially on a work trip room to work on your laptop and a room to chill and watch tv without having to sit on the bed. They could use a little faster WIFI but a nice hotel for the price.
