Top three in Batumi!

I really enjoyed the hotel cleanliness, the casino(small), the pool(huge), and the central location within the city. Not too far from the train station(negotiate taxi prices.) The only downside is the breakfast in the downstairs restaurant(only open one there) is a "no go" and the lounge on the 14th floor has a temperature food control issue(but it's free if you book the right room.)

convenient and large room

Amazing but a smile would make it a 5!

Fantastic hotel, quick to respond to requests, only problem is it's hard to get a service with a smile, even from the barman who did amazing cocktails.

NICE LOCATION.

Pros: LOCATION.
Cons: HOUSEKEEPING TEAM.
Location: BEST LOCATION AND ALL GOOD CLUB,BAR,RESTAURANT ARE AROUND.
THE HOTEL LOCATION IS GOOD.BUT A LITTLE BIT FAR FROM BEACH. JUST THE HOUSEKEEPING TEAM NOT WORKING WELL.

Awful management and reception

I have never had such experience. We booked 2 club rooms that accommodates up to 3 people. One double room and a triple room. I chose 3 adults and paid extra $30 per night compared to the double room. HOWEVER when we checked in the reception refused to give us a triple room and one of us had to sleep on the floor. Although roll-away beds should be provided but nothing happened.
