They also booked me a private tour with a highly experienced and personal guide, which was great for my one day in Istanbul. That was a huge plus to my experience and I appreciated their having selected him and having accommodated my request to find a guide for me (saved me reading a lot of guide reviews, and he was ideal). "We stayed for 6 nights, great location (walkable to major sightseeing sites, train station, port to catch sea buses to Asia side and new district in north). Staffs were friendly and hard working, rooms (we had connecting rooms) were clean with nice amenities. They even celebrated my husband’s birthday with a small cake and gifts. We will definitely come back when we visit Istanbul again! "

"This is a lovely restored property. I requested and received a room with a balcony and patio furniture which was wonderful. But it required 2 flights of stairs to get to after taking an elevator. I am just not able to do that kind of stair work after walking all day to see the sights. I switched hotels and the front desk could not have been more understanding or accommodating. "

The service is very professional, rooms are clean and quiet. The restaurant on the 5th floor is very convenient for late dinner or early breakfast. And I love the adhans, and Ayasofia view is amazing!"
