This hotel was reserved Oct. 2017 and was not open for vacancy when I attempted to check in May 3 - May 7. And wasn't informed by Expedia nor the hotel of this issue at all. This really ruined my plans and I would like something to be done to fix this matter.
Close to the I-85. Quiet. The hotel was working on the rooms to fix things that needed to be fixed. Still needs more work.
Super clean and neat, even the parking lot. Choo Choo goes by not far away but not upsetting. I would definitely stay here again.
After finally getting checked in. Found the room not even meeting the standards of a 2 star hotel. The toilet did flush at best you got a piece of toilet paper to go down after the second flush which you had to wait 10 minutes before you could flush the second time towles for four people was like ...
Convenient as well as allowed my dogs. Discrepancy in “per stay” and per night charge for a dog but Expedia resolved the issue-very glad I booked with Expedia. Check before booking if the hotel has a new policy- is during your stay or every day for dog charges.
Looks can be deceiving, outside looks scary for a woman but inside the room was well kept and clean... overall I enjoyed my 2 day stay
Professionalism, convenience, room was very clean. Desk clerk was helpful. Did not like that i had to put $50 cash deposit down before checking in.
