I had a great time at the hotel. The staff were very attentive and took care of all my needs. Particular mention goes to Mostafa (the concierge) who went out of his way to make me comfortable. In Receiption Sunny Naimul was very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a very caring hotel.

"I stay in Dhaka often and this was my first time at the Westin. The Buffet was mediocre and the hotel was very busy and not in a good way. As a female solo traveller for work I prefer other hotels in the area as they are more attentive to guests."

"An ideal location for my business meetings. The service team from the reception to the restaurant was excellent, as was the professional team on the 17th club floor. I tried the spa and salon since I had leisure time after my late check-out before going to the airport. It was an enjoyable trip!"
