Quaint, Comfortable, Full of Character & Perfect

Posted Jan 8, 2018
We stayed at Le Petit Hotel in January during a deep freeze which doesn’t seem like a great time to vacation in Montreal, however a few days away were in order so we took them. The hotel staff was amazing, friendly and always helpful. The rooms were clean, up to date and had great character. Breakfast was continental but an excellent spread of fresh baked goods, fresh breads & bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit salad, cereals and spreads. The café would make whatever your heart desired to accompany your breakfast. The location was perfect walking distance (even at -25C) to amazing restaurants (recommend Gibby’s), attractions (recommend Bota Bota) and great shops. We would recommend staying at this wonderful ‘little hotel’ and would re-book when visiting Old Montreal again....hopefully in warmer weather!

Great location to Seaport.

Pros: Being in quaint Old Montreal.
Cons: They need to have in room movie selections. lol
Location: This hotel was centrally located to St. Catherine's Street perfect for a quick ride or short 20-30 min walk.
Cute and stylish hotel with great furnishings. The hotel is perfectly located in Old Montreal with a short walk to great food and entertainment and local cultural experiences.

Quaint and trendy hotel in old Montreal

Posted Dec 26, 2017
Was greeted by staff who opened the doors, offered a variety of coffees, and allowed to check in early. Coming from out of the country, this was wonderful! Rooms had so much charm with the old stone walls, yet very modern decor. Was in a perfect location to walk to the old port, 5 star restaurants, shopping, and the Bastille. Would recommend and definitely go back!

Had a great experience in Montreal, and this small boutique hotel was the key - great location, excellent service and directions, and breakfast included. Quiet and comfortable rooms and personal service.

Close to restaurants, metro and Old Montreal.

Posted Dec 13, 2017
Pros: Location, staff and great access to Metro and sights
Cons: Bathroom air vent was very cold
Location: Notre Dame cathedral, Metro, Museum, Old Montreal shopping and restaurants ,
The staff was very helpful in showing us the best way to the sights on the map, and they made recommendations for attractions and restaurants. My only comment is the vent in the bathroom blows out cold air and is not regulated by the heater in the room. Would be nice to be able to have the bathroom temperature not be so cold. But otherwise the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there was a lot of closet/drawer space. Very centrally located, clean and VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE STAFF.

Super cute hotel. Great location. Staff excellent. I found that the noise carried from the cafe to the little room off the lobby. Other than that, it was great!

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the cappuccinos were perfect.
Cons: They did have hot water issues during our stay but they did their best to reset the system until the boiler could be repaired.
Location: Great shopping, fabulous restaurants, historic buildings.
Room was spacious and quiet. Location was perfect for exploring and shopping in old Montreal.
