Very good hotel

it was all very good meals but the bar was a bit expensive

Excellent hotel, but a warning ref. room location

The hotel and service were great. Only issue: ask for a room that does not face the street, as there are two pubs in front and on Friday and Saturday they were loud.

Only complaint is the room was quite noisy at night from the pubs across the street

Pillows not very supportive but front desk staff lovely and I got a warm cookie on checkin.

Perfect location for EICC and usher hall etc. Beds comfiest i have ever slept in and everything spotless. Breakfast yummy although few things ran out if you came down late. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast buffet team will have their training strengthened and work observed to make sure it was an exceptional situation. I am sorry few items ran out on your visit. We usually have so many compliments on breakfast especially with the omelette, pancakes, waffle, porridge "a la carte" option.
