Great location and beautiful hotel.Posted Jul 1, 2017
A luxurious experience with our surprisingly large room and the breakfast was very delicious!
Comfortable, quiet, great locationPosted Mar 1, 2017 on Hotels
Stayed in the suite- spacious, comfortable and quiet. Really happy with choice of location- we ate a few minutes walk away every night. Air con very noisy though and kept waking us up in the night! Wish we had made the time to enjoy the sauna and plunge pool

Dated but okPosted Jan 24, 2017 on Hotels
Spacious room, but it could use some TLC. Lack of pressure in the shower, but a very nice Jacuzzi.

Convenient and comfortablePosted Dec 20, 2016
Pros: Location, nice grounds beautifully decorated in the winter, great view from room, warm and comfortable.
Cons: Not charging extra for the sauna/spa facility, more welcoming hotel interior, bar.
Location: Great location very close to St Anne's Church, the Bernadine Minsatery, the Bernadine gardens which are beautiful in the summer, and Cathedral.
Very conveniently situated in heart of old town not far from the cathedral square. Warm and comfortable with a large room with a lovely view over St Anne's Church and the Bernadine monastery. Lacking some of the atmosphere of some of the other old- town hotels I've stayed in, and rather functional inside, but this is reflected in the price which offers great value. Very helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was nice and served in the hotel's steak house across the grounds. There wasn't really a bar although you could have a drink in the restaurant, but there are plenty of good bars nearby. Disappointed to find that there was an extra charge to use the sauna/spa area for one hour. I would stay here again for it's value and location.

A little tiredPosted Nov 14, 2016
Pros: It was a wonderful location in old town close to major sights and very convenient to a variety of restaurants. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good.
Cons: The actual room was very spacious, but could do with a refurbishment. In gereral, the physical aspect of the hotel could do with a bit of upgrading.
Location: The hotel is located ideally in Old Town and the Cathedral, the Gediminas hill, and the palace of Rulers.

Relaxing stay in Lovely HotelPosted Oct 2, 2016 on Hotels
Location in relation to city centre old town was great - within 5 walking distance, yet the hotel courtyard gave a secluded feel. Breakfast buffet offered variety for all tastes. Good value, since we had a separate lounge area for relaxing. just be aware, the sauna/plunge pool is not free to use - it is hired at a cost of 15 euros per hour which is good for people wanting privacy.

Great location, a few issuesPosted Aug 7, 2016
Pros: Location in the Old Town is great. Hotel is very different and quite quirky.
Cons: Drier sheets. More friendly serving staff.
Location: In Old Town, within easy walking distance of Cathedral, churches, Bernadine Gardens and old streets.
Reception very polite and efficient and fortunately took my luggage up several flights of stairs. Quirky room as up in the eaves but lots of room and very clean. Discovered too late that sheets had been put on slightly damp and covered with bedspread. Had to use towels on top to sleep comfortably. Also discovered my room was next to staff quarters and so therefore lots of comings and goings and music/TV at different times of the day. Only had opportunity to sample breakfasts as out with family for other meals. Good selection and tasted nice. Staff fairly efficient but not very friendly.

Nice Old HotelPosted Aug 2, 2016 on Hotels
The hotel has served many purposes over several centuries, including convent, storage facilities, military housing, etc. The current hotel is very nice and has been completely renovated. Be aware when making reservations that this hotel has three floors and no elevator. There is free parking in the front courtyard which is shared by several businesses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
