Lovely hotel! Fantastic staff and the room was beautiful
Quality of the accomadation and the friendliness of the staff.
Location phenomenal. Very small rooms, no air con but eminently adequate. Breakfast poor selection. Staff lovely and worked very hard.
This hotel was perfect!! We had an amazing view of the Plaza from our very spacious room. I would definitely stay here again.
This is an old building with lots of charm and quirky features. Our rooms were very large and stylishly decorated. Lovely modern bathrooms. We enjoyed using the rooftop bar and spa located in the vaulted cellars. Special mention to all the staff, who were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were pleasant, my only criticism is the domestic staff finish at 3pm so if you want anything eg tea coffee you can’t get it as reception don’t have it or you have to wait til the day after. It was also quiet although I believe if your at the front ...
Very modern deco, clean and excellent location. The only thing that I can suggests is, it would be better to have a shower curtain so it won't make the toilet all wet.
Lovely modern decor, room cleaned daily to high standard.
It was good clean room . It was very well organized facility.
