Great room. Clean.
Great bed, nice functional kitchenette with a fridge.
Good coffee and banana bread for breakfast.
Receptionist were helpful.
Got to use kayak and paddleboards, the pool and the hot tub.
Amazing opportunity to see sea turtles from the resort if (and only if) you are willing to paddle to the deep see reefs.

Odd request to turn off AC everytime we leave the unit..we like to come back from a beach day to a cold place. Pillows were the worst.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

We rented a suite for 5 people. There were only towels for 2 so we had to request more. Then the pull out bed didn't come with sheets, pillows, or blankets and we had to call for some. Breakfast was great though!
