Apartments in Olive Branch for Rent

"The room was quite nice: In the bathroom the toilet was jammed in between the sink and the wall so that it was difficult to sit down, and when I did my leg touched the metal of the stand that held the sink. We had an expensive dinner in the restaurant - not the French restaurant but the other one. The creamed spinach was limp spinach in a milky soupy something. We asked that the steak be charred on the outside, medium rare on the outside. It was neither and not very good. My dinner was tasteless. Really, it was a terrible meal and did I mention that it was expensive? Our flight was late so we ended up eating at 8:30 pm, but we were told that the restaurant served until 10pm so we gave it a chance. What a mistake. Everyone acted as if they were already headed for home. The staff stood around talking with each other instead of asking if we would like more water - which we did. The dishes at the table of four next to ours remained on the table for a long time, then the dirty dishes were moved to a large tray on a stand right next to our table - and left there! Really, it was astonishingly bad service and the attention to detail completely lacking. The bar in the big lobby was full. Clearly the restaurant is an afterthought to the Peabody management. I just wish we had known beforehand. We would have eaten at the hotel across the street."

"The staff was warm and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself could use some updates. There was a leak in the lobby ceiling, the shower in the room showed signs of mold, and the carpet throughout the guest floor and in the room appeared worn and unclean. We originally booked a two-night stay but decided to leave after the first night."

"The room was incredibly clean. Check in was efficient but non-personal. My worst early impression was the luggage cart-just a utility moving cart without an upper rod to hang clothes or a purse etc. Room was small but adequate, no blanket or extra covers. Soap and shampoo were the refillable kind so you know nothing about the contents. Not even a box of Kleenex."

"Love this hotel! This was our second visit. Disappointed that TV only worked part of day . Also no hair dryer or no extra roll of toilet paper . All issues were reported to client services. "

"Room was nice and loaction is good. The breakfast is very expensive. The thing that lets it down are the bar staff and some at breakfast (but not all). One bar staff member was rude and arrogant, the worst we come across on our road trip, if you don't want to work here just get another job. "
