Accidentally booked hotel for wrong night. They changed the date for me but I got double charged. Talked to manager about it and he wouldn’t refund the charge. Have used Hampton all over the country. Not anymore!

Pool was dirty and so was the room. Once we got there the room we asked for was taken and we were told they did not have any rooms with a couch. We were give a different room with two week size beds in which we wanted and was told they were sold out. The lady was nice but the room and pool area could use more cleaning.

We always love staying at the Hampton Inn and this one was no different. Lovely building, clean, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The only bummer was it said it had a hot tub and was looking forward to it but there wasn't one.
