“The property is very, very nice with 2 notable exceptions. The process of check in is difficult. Do not go unless you have watched and taken note on the videos they send you. Also, you won't get the code for the key lock box until after 3 pm on the day of arrival and it's in the video. My phone would not play the video - I should have watched it earlier I admit, so I had a heck of a time getting the information. Finally the host used WhatsApp to communicate the code, the identity of the mailbox……

“I liked the video information very much. I suggest you add a video detailing how exactly to use the clothes washing machine. Such a video was not provided and I could not find the exact model on You Tube for adequate help. Specifically, how to turn off the timer/delay button on R-side panel. When we arrived at the apartment, that time was blinking at 3:00. I suggest making the video similar to how you made directions for using the dish washer in kitchen.”
