“Lovely boutique hotel Air con was poor in room Staff spoke limited English Car parking was very poor - located 5 minutes walk from hotel Room noisy at night due to bar next to hotel - noisy until early hours Poor storage in room Staff spoke- nowhere to put items - not enough hangers in wardrobe - clothes creased in wardrobe as could not hang fully in wardrobe Got bitten several times by insects in room Did not see anyone check or clean jacuzzi - not sure it was properly sanitary”

“We had some glitches to begin with whereby we were sent to a comparably room for two nights due to no air conditioning the room was over 100 degrees. Our room was large. We were to go back to the original room air broke down again sent to smaller room. Although it was highly frustrating and wasted a lot of time the staff were gracious managing it. We were compensated for room change and inconvenience. Would have preferred that it didn’t occur but Marco front desk was very empathetic and tried……

“Client depuis de nombreuses années c’est toujours un plaisir de revenir à l’Atlantic. La plage devant l’hôtel mais aussi piscine chauffée bain à remous et couvert l’hiver. Parking en supplément 28€ très pratique et spacieux. Proche à pied de la via du shopping et des attractions nombreuses de Riccione. Options pour sortir le soir illimitées. Nombreuses promenade au pied de l’hôtel et magasins ouverts jusqu’à 22pm. Le restaurant est top et raisonnable. Breakfast super varié et de qualité.……

“Alles top, bis auf sehr laute Musik bis tief in die Nacht. In der 2. Nacht habe ich im 2.30h reklamiert, danach war gut. Sonst alles perfekt!”

“Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine große Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hochwertige Wellnessbereich, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.”
