The hotel had some food corners 24 hours and FREE coffee. They just had a "Charging Paper" that customers would fill in on our owns. They trusted us and I felt so kind and generous about their action. I would stay again if/when I am coming back to Lacey/Olympia. Thank you :)

Comfortable beds, good kitchen area with everything you need. Good location to grocery stores and restaurants. Friendly staff. Would have liked a small continental breakfast included with stay.

I stay over 100 nights a year in hotels for work. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in the past year. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Room was not cleaned before my stay. Internet didn’t work.ceiling fan in room was non functional. No free parking unless you know a manager there (person in front of me new the manager Lori and apparently that gets you free parking), the “convenience store had expired items and a 20oz bottle of water was $6, staff preparing continental breakfast were not wearing gloves and touched food with bare hands right in front of me, was told “we don’t do late checkouts”when I asked if I could have an hour extension for a business call, then they charged me for a whole second day when I left my room at 12:03p….. I will be making sure no one from my company, family, or friends ever stays here again. Couldn’t be more disappointed in this hotel and their staff. Have some pride, BE BETTER.

We have stayed at many hotels near a freeway but this was the loudest ever. It sounded like we left the window open. So hard to even hear the TV. We asked for a pet friendly room in case my daughter needed to bring her dog, which she didn’t, But the room smelled strongly of dog. The bed pillows also did not smell nice. The pillow cases seemed clean but the pillows themselves need a refresh. I tried misting with Downey fabric wrinkle reducer but it didn’t help. The property itself seems clean, our room was spacious, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We would have rated 5 overall but for two reasons. We had two rooms while we would rate them very high from cleanliness and non-smoking truly meant the air in the room is not stuffy, the head/cool in one room 402 was not working when you adjust the thermometer and the second suite 416 did not have eating table like 402. The staff was not there few times we went to ask question and our card was charged three times which took few days to be cleared. Staff was apologetic and wanted to give us discount for the confusion which we declined understanding that the charges will be reverted or dropped both of which happened but it took checking our card for few days. All said, we would use this facility again when in Lacey. It is very clean and close to Park & Ride if you don't want to drive or use Uber. The best experience so far when in Lacey.

Honestly, the staff is what made this property. It was clean. It was way more of a room than I figured, complete with kitchenettes I wasn't expecting. Comfy beds. I called a few times before I arrived to make sure the multiple rooms we had were as expected. They were! Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and professional. I witnessed their interacting with multiple other guests, and each person was treated with such respect and courtesy. I was most impressed when a small child down the hall started crying, and the person behind the desk dropped everything and ran to assist!

Outstanding!!!

Had a great stay here! The room was super quiet, considering we were facing the I5. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was large, and adequately stocked with all your kitchen needs! Highly recommend, would stay here again

I was traveling alone with heavy suitcases and no transportation. I would have liked a place to eat or close by the hotel. I am not certain about the ecological piece. Was the TP bamboo? It is a specific type of hotel, probably intended for a longer stay than my one night stay, with everything necessary to eat in. I can see that for a family it would be a great place to stay.

Best hotel stay ever
I have never stayed in a hotel more comfortable and peaceful than Candlewood in Lacey, I have virtually no complaints. Staff are excellent, room quality is excellent, state of the art work out facilities, free laundry, rooms super clean and modern, location excellent. Will look for Candlewood in the future when traveling!

Pet friendly but the people allow their dogs to poop on the side walks and parking lot. It doesn’t get cleaned. Once a week isn’t enough to clean a room w two people and a baby. Also, it smells so bad of marijuana in the entire building
