This is a nice place but you can hear everything, like people walking or moving stuff if you are on the bottoms floor.

The only thing good about this hotel was it was convenient for where I was working. When I stay at a hotel The most important three things about the room are: proper temperature, quiet, and a comfortable bed . The mattress was old and sagging and impossible to sleep in. Barely any sleep. I will not stay there again.

The property and the location is quite nice. However, the staff I interacted with seemed inexperienced and confused (except for the service staff in the restaurant and in the bar). The front desk, in particular, was rather challenging. I expect more professionalism from an RL property.

Great to be in the forest. The rooms were tired. When we checked in the was a band playing in the lobby and it was difficult to hear. Great concept, maybe a more laid back jazzy band would work best. Had some appetizers at the lounge which where great.

I stayed here a few years ago when it was Red Lion instead of Hotel RL and had an entirely different experience. Despite the new trendy lobby and restaurant (which is cute), my first room was unfinished (e.g. dirty tub, naked pillows, no towels...). After trucking up to the 3rd floor and back down again I had to stand in line (again) and was given a new room with no discount or upgrade. Okay, fine. But then the second room was smaller and the tub wouldn't hold water so I had to keep the tap running while I soaked in the tub which was counterproductive to using epsom salts btw. When I checked out I told them about the tub and simply received a thank you for letting them know. I don't think I'll be going back, ever, despite the great location and overall quietness of the facility.

Clean rooms, good coffee, easy parking and nice beds. Restrooms a bit dated and small.
