Not up to level of rating for us!

Posted Sep 9, 2016
Pros: Beds were comfortable
Cons: Pillows were terrible - had to use all four just to make up a normal pillow. The rooms could and do need updating.
The pics online are a little deceiving and the cleanliness of the room was average at best (there was a scum ring on outside of bathtub) The room was full of old and new stuff - from brown old fashioned doors to a modern usb hub for all you electronic needs. The parking lot is all broken and the outside of the building is a little sketchy for my liking. When we checked in the hotel registration system was down but we were told if was for updating. The plus side of the visit was the beds were very comfortable. If you are looking for an overnight stay on a long trip like us and are not looking for luxury this is a good choice but I would probably never stay there again.

Found a stray kitten INSIDE this hotel, and the person at the front desk refused to help. Kitten was wandering around, visiting rooms, and while I was happy to have a visitor, I was worried about the cat. Despite allowing pets (I think), the person at the front desk didn't care at all that this cat was lost, and told us that we couldn't bring it into the office area. I can't support an organization that doesn't care about stray animals.

Good Hotel for the Money!

Posted Aug 10, 2016
My room was well equipped with a fridge, microwave and sink. While our room was not that big, it was comfortable. The only problem that I had was that I could not open the curtains because there was metal holding them together. The breakfast was very minimal.

Good hotel, quiet but close to freeways.

Posted Aug 7, 2016
Pros: Convienience and price.
Cons: Needs a good cleaning, carpets need to be replaced or steam cleaned
Location: State Capital Building, restaurants and sightseeing nearby. Trips to Mt. Rainier and around the Puget Sound easy for day trips.
Clean sheets and comfortable beds and pillows. Flat screen TV is older model with poor color. Pool pump went out and pool not useable for two days. Breakfast good but no variety. Every day same items. Wi-Fi unreliable.

Pleasant and affordable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent central location. The outside appearance wasn't impressive, but the room was nice. The pool was okay, but not as nice as the website picture implies. We stayed there 10 days. My wife wasn't happy with the daily attention to clean up, but I thought it was okay.

It's a hotel with the basic things, nice bathroom and comfortable beds, I don't like the pillows because are short and small, breakfast in the American style it's perfect, rooms are cleaning.

Ok facility and close to the capitol

Posted Jul 26, 2016
Pros: The pool and the location.
Cons: Maintenance of facilities. Two of the lights in the room needed new bulbs.
We stayed for 4 nights and facilities and staff were okay. Not anything fancy, but sufficient. A little inconsistent in service, though I won't hesitate to recommend this hotel as a convenient and acceptable place to stay.

I would never stay here again.

Posted Jun 28, 2016 on Hotels
We decided to stay at this Quality Inn because the night before we stayed at the QI in Everett, WA and we were impressed with the service, quality, and comfort, we thought we would find consistency throughout the Quality Inn chain but that definitely wasn't the case. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The building was dated, the room was very dated and in need of repair. The bathroom had a number of broken tiles, the grout and caulking in the shower looked awful, the faucets leaked, the bathroom needs a complete remodel. The mattresses are shot and should have been replaced long ago. We came down for breakfast at 8:58 and everything has been put away except one kind of cold cereal, no milk. The man putting it away disnt speak English and wouldn't give my daughter milk for her cereal. I wouldnt stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Quality Inn should reconsider having their name on this location.

Great Location

Posted Jun 25, 2016
Pros: Location and friendly staff.
Cons: The room safe, bathroom sink drain stopper and bathroom sink overhead light needed fixing.
Location: Restaurants, gas and convenience stores nearby. Easy access to I-5.
The hotel was adequate, but it needs a makeover. We had to have our safe replaced, the bathroom sink didn't have a drain pop-up handle, and the bathroom sink overhead light did not work well.
