The only plus was that the beds were soft. Other than that the breakfast was non existent, the pool was not opened and the hotel is right by the freeway and it sounds like the window is open but it isn’t.

Worn down and dated, in rough shape... Pool closed for maintenance... No breakfast, unlike most Super 8s... Various unpleasant smells... My room had a bunch of dead leaf beetles laying around, for some reason... Close to plenty of good dining options, close to freeway access, close to gas station quick stop... Cheap hotel but probably should be a little cheaper still, it needs a lot of refreshing... I knew to manage expectations but was still a bit disappointed...

The hotel needs some deep cleaning and major renovations. It was very dirty and the smells were not healthy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Television did not work with any remote provided. A light switch was broken in my room, so a bright light stayed on all night. The staff was responsive and friendly, but the above-named things needed repair and seemed out of the staff's control, at night anyway.

Our 1st room assigned 126 with queen bed had no toilet paper and a plunger was next to toilet. I got toilet paper from front desk, flushed toilet and would not flush. Waited for tank to fill, flushed again and bowl just filled up. Would not flush. Went back to front desk with all our bags and room key. We were given upgrade to a King on, 314. Only one set of towels. Went back to front desk and requested another set. Night manager said he would bring up and he did. None of these above issues should have happened. You get what you pay for. We will never be back. TV was fuzzy and could only get QVC and some bachelor bachlorette channel. Found CNN. We wanted FOX. Could not find FOX. LEFT Side table next to bed was sticky. I cleaned with cleaning supplies I had. CLEANED Tv remote also and lots of sticky stuff came off that too. This establishment needs a thorough upgrade and cleaning.

I got bed bugs and ring worm!!!! I was followed across the the parking lot from Denny's and the man tried to gain access when I entered. The whole place was drug infested. Windows broke. Screens laying on the ground. The only positive was a free upgrade to the top floor...

Do not stay here!
This is the most terrible room I have stayed in. If I just wasn't so tired I would have moved somewhere else. I wouldn't take my family here for any reason. The lamps didn't work, one had no shade and the other had a stick on light. There was a3" home in the carpet. The wall has dirty stains on it. The TV has a black out spot on it and some of the channels had no sound. The heater unit was missing one knob. The bathroom has a half used till of TP sitting on the tank and a big hole in e side and the faucet was loose and crooked in the stained sink. The wall between the toilet and shower was rotted with part of it missing. There was some substance all over the wall in the shower that was pink or red running down the wall. Uncomfortable to say the least

The key card always had an error with opening the room door when I was W away for some hours. The staff were always helpful with re doing it though. Homeless looking people were lodged there.

I got this hotel online for 2 nights and ended up only staying a few hours not even half the time I booked. when coming in to pick up the door key I immediately got hit on by the staff member working at the time making me very uncomfortable. He ended up being overly friendly trying to help me with my luggage repetitively, when I said no thank you then upsized my room from a queen bed to a king and told me I was a valued and good customer. But the weird thing is I’ve never been there before. Then coming up to the room and entering it was dark, dirty and basically had nothing in it as you would expect. The room had a nasty musty smell to it, only One and already used toilet roll. Only two towels, no liners in the trash, the towel rack was off the wall , there was no switch for the fan to turn on or off, the shower didn’t get warm, there were holes in the walls making me feel very uneasy, the bathroom fan was broken at weird spots, the door took almost a minute to close on its own unless you pushed it fast from the inside, there was one blanket and it was so thin it wouldn’t of been able to keep anyone warm, the microwave was dirty, the fridge didn’t work it must of been unplugged or broken, there was no where to put luggage or clothes, the floor looked like it was vacuumed a week prior, and the desk chair was all ripped up. Upon all of this it was not with my time or money and honestly want my money back. I would give this place 0 stars if I could to be honest.

We booked this property because of the price and it definitely lived up to its cheap price unfortunately. I read reviews but a lot of bad reviews I don’t take super seriously because a lot of people now days get upset super upset about tiny things but I definitely should have taken these seriously. First and foremost when we walked in to get checked in, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get someone to the front. During that time, there were 3 homeless people that walked behind my car going toward the back of the property. We were on the 3rd floor and walking into the property it smelled like a casino that was placed in the middle of a city dump. I was very much looking forward to a hot shower after a 6 hour car ride and when I got into the bathroom there was hair in the shower, what looked like dried blood on the side of the shower, super super moldy in the cracks and crevices, for some reason the shower was wet and the shower curtain had what looked like dry spackle on it.. when turning on the shower I was waiting for about 5-6 minutes for the water to get hot but it never did and was luke warm at best. It did get hot for about 10 seconds and then went to freezing cold. When going to bed we turned back the covers to check for bed bugs and we found the sheets to be dirty… we threw the sheets on the floor and started to fall asleep and then came the bugs… massive beetle looking things… and that was our straw to leave. The front desk was nice and understanding but we left.

The room was just ok and appeared clean. The facility is terrible and the facility needs updating and maintenance badly. An experience I’ve had with other supper 8 motels. Won’t stay in one again.

I've stayed here in the past and did not at all have anything good to say, it was awful! This trip, I found the hotel under new ownership and wow!! They have turned things around 100%! They got rid of all the riff raff, it's quiet, clean and peaceful! Continental breakfast is awesome! Will book here again next trip!!

Common areas were really dirty. Room was ok. Hot tub and pool closed, apparently indefinitely although they are advertised as amenities. Many vehicle dwellers living in parking lot. Dog friendly, so beware if you have allergies.

Horrible motel
The heat didnt work, lamps didnt work, it was dirty, smelled really badly like cigarette smoke, breakfast was awful, coffee was not available even in the room as the machines were missing parts, their was beerr cans behind my entertainment center full of beer, they never followed through with my wake up call.
