I can't say enough about the staff at this property. They are kind, empathetic, intuitive, generous and, the most helpful staff. Even in the picturesque landscape of this property, they are the best asset of the hotel.

Assigned to a handicapped room, which is usually not an issue, except when the drain in the shower is clogged and water runs out into the rest of the bathroom. (Since there is no edges on the floor to prevent water from coming out…usually not a problem when the drain works properly). Desk advised there was no one to fix it till next day. As a result, none of the 5 occupants got a shower the next morning.

Very nice, friendly staff. My only complaint is that the lady at front desk told us the pool was open untill 12. We went at 10:30 and it was closed

Lovely cute hotel, with a dinner opposite to it. staff was friendly and helpful. Cristine from the breakfast team made balloon figures for kid..which made kids happy.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was exceptional. Property was spotless. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, free breakfast, afternoon offered warm cookies. Also free coffee and fruit infused water in the lobby.

Clean, new, nice rooms. Pool was nice but had a ton of rowdy kids throwing balls at people swimming in the pool. Maybe removing the hoop, balls and toys would make the pool more pleasant and welcoming for all.

Very pretty hotel and Black Bear Diner. Gorgeous views and the top garden deck area is so fun to sit at. The pool is sadly closed, but they said it was due to someone having an accident in it. That was the reason we booked her, was so the kids had a pool. Town isn’t far away. The views are great.

The gal that checked us in helped us sign up for rewards and was super helpful. Also the lady they had at breakfast during our stay was SUPURB. Christine was her name and she made the experience 10 out of 10 for us!!

I was in the area for a guys weekend--my buddies were camping down the road, and I chose the HIX because I wanted a good night's sleep. Turns out I made the right choice. The location was convenient to the campsite, the free breakfast got me going for the day, and the staff was extremely helpful.

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, fun family stay. Well located to enjoy various sites for birding and enjoying the beauty of Sequim. Enjoy the roof garden and nearby Black Bear Diner. Great breakfast and even cookies at night. A great property for the price.

We liked our stay at this hotel very much. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed the fact that there is a Tesla charging station at the hotel. Which was great since we drive a Tesla and we didn’t have to leave to charge our car! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were pretty fantastic but the property is OVERDUE for some significant improvements, there was an ant problem (in our room) and in the pool area. Cleanliness is a major problem. I would NOT stay there again.

Friendly Staff and great location. Ample parking and easy to find one all the time. Complimentary breakfast was really good and kids love the options they have. Great restaurants nearby. I would recommend to keep sanitizing wipes/more hand sanitizers in the facility.

Holiday Inn @ Sequim City 12/24-12/25 family trip
Sequim city and their Holiday Inn, was so inviting and welcoming to our family. Entering the city, greeted by beautiful lights and dancing trees, made our hearts felt warm inside.
