Everything about the hotel was fine. The only problem was that Expedia had screwed the reservation up.

Very nice hotel, easy to reach main roads.

Pros: Location. Close to to interstate and US Highway. Hot breakfast. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Listing of TV channels. Check equipment in room to make sure it works.
Location: I was there for a funeral and didn't sight see.
Older motel that has been nicely upgraded. The room was pleasant, although the hair dryer could only be used on low setting. I would definitely stay there again.

Fun and Comfortable

Pros: wonderful, friendly, comfortable staff each room named for a president
Cons: fix the temperature control on the shower
Location: location is good - close to the zoo, just off highway 75 and not far from I-80
My sister and I stayed here for a weekend. The staff are wonderful and the room was nice. Naming each room after a president is a fun, unusual way to add color to the hotel. And it has info about the president in the room. The whole hotel is decorated "presidentially" which is fun. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the shower only seemed to have hot water. After a very hot humid day at the zoo we wanted a cooler shower. Other than that it was a great place to stay. And despite that we would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Pros: The friendly staff
Location: Great location. Nettie's Mexican restaurant, the Old Market is about 15 minutes away
The staff was great! Breakfast was good. Over all a good place to stay

Dated, dirty, and dilapidated.

I tried to review this property but Expedia rejected my honest response so I will just say "be warned - do not stay here!"

The best I could do on short notice in a busy week

Pros: The plaques telling about the presidents were a nice touch - wished I had time to explore those more.
Cons: The room directory had "History of Bellevue" page that told all about the history of Bellevue Washington!!! Best Western - I suggest fixing that one!
This hotel was OK for my needs but cost me more than it was worth since it was College World Series weekend. I was not in town for that and would have liked to stay in downtown Omaha but was not willing to spend $400 a night for that! Since I was heading south on hwy. 75 the next day, this worked out OK. I drove to a nearby shopping area where there was an assortment of restaurants, as the one next door did not look like a place I would want to take a chance on, and a pancake house on the other side is not my idea of dining. The breakfast had scrambled eggs and yogurt and some fresh fruit and tea, as well as the usual breads and cereals I avoid. The floor of the tub was very slippery and when I told them it seems a housekeeper had just forgotten to put a mat in my room. There was no hot tub, sauna, or pool. One area is being renovated but way too small for a pool. The small exercise room has one tread mill and one elliptical which I did not use. I grew up about an hour from here and have lived in Washington State for over thirty years now, including in Bellevue, WA, for a time. The room directory had a "History of Bellevue" page I began reading only to discover that it told all about the history of Bellevue, Washington. I found that quite amusing, but I would suggest that Best Western could pay a bit more attention to details!!!

Unique Hotel!

Pros: The themed rooms. Updated decor and bedding. Lovely!
Cons: Noise level outside. Breakfast options. Coffee can always be stronger (we are from Colorado).
Location: Not sure. We were there for a graduation so we didn't have much time to do anything else. We like that there were lots of malls around.
Loved that each room is themed for one of the presidents! Very cool. The room itself was nice and comfortable. I didn't like the noise outside the room. Guests forget that they are around other people that are traveling and may need to sleep at odd hours of the day. I mean go about your business but don't leave all your doors open and talk like you are at your house. You are not. Plus we could hear cars pulling up and leaving. The curtains were a great idea because the ones in back closed all the way, while the ones in front were for decorations. The breakfast was ok. I didn't like that the lady working there made a comment that we were there so fast. It made me feel like I was pig and woofed down my food. Truth was, we didn't get much because we were on a tight schedule. Everything was good except the noise outside. Wish we could've stayed longer, but at last....graduation ceremony was calling.

Pros: Staff and clean room
Cons: Need to ad more fragrance in rooms.
Location: Great location, close to Downtown Omaha.
Staff was very courteous and professional. Room was nice and clean.

The Place to Stay
