Here for three nights in mid-Nov '16. The hotel concept is conservation (water, electricity, etc.) and the price was good. However, our overall experience was just 'OK'. The night we arrived, we reported that the heater wasn't working (it was in the 30's outside), microwave wasn't working, and the blinds were broken and we would not be able to keep out sunlight to sleep in. The desk clerk asked if we had inserted the special access card into the slot on the wall to activate some electrical services that for some reason are not active (I don't understand this feature at all!). We assured him that we had. We asked to move to another room in the morning, and our request was granted. During the night the heat started working so we decided to stay in the same room. No one ever came to check on the microwave or the blinds. The night before we left, we called the front desk (same guy) to reserve the hotel shuttle at 5:30 for a ride to the airport for our 7AM flight, and we learned that the shuttle service doesn't start until 6AM. The guy said he would reserve a taxi for 5:30 and call us back with details. An hour later having received no call back, we called him again and he said that the taxi would be there and gave us the name and number of the taxi company. When we arrived in the lobby at 5:30, there was no taxi. The desk clerk on duty called the taxi company and learned that no taxi had been requested for us. Luckily, a taxi came quickly and we made our flight.
