The staff was quick to help! Check in took probably less then 5min. The rooms are nice and clean and spacious. The property, and surrounding is very quiet 😁

A decent hotel in downtown, however there isn’t any real secure parking for guests. So be sure to bring everything in when you check in.

Hello Melissa,Thank you for your 4/5 review. Yes we do have an open parking lot however we do have security that does drive around the lot at night. We do encourage our guests when they ask about the parking to never leave anything valuable in the vehicle.

Great property. Convenient to get to, easy to find family-friendly places to eat. The pool area was wonderful for kids to relax and have fun.

From the time we arrived, until the time we left everything and everyone was amazing! The hotel, rooms, dining areas were all spotless, the staff were all so nice and helpful! Breakfast was beyond what we expect, absolutely delicious, and plenty of choices! Thank you, Anthony, Edward, Claudia, Daniel, and all the staff!!! We had the best time during our stay!!

My van was broken into and they basically said it wasn’t their problem. I had to pay for parking separately and was told the cameras didn’t show anything. That was it and who eve owns the parking lot needs to be responsible or have something in place for customer safety . What made it really was being parked right by the entrance

The staff--the night staff were the best!!! We had an issue with getting airplane boarding passes printed and the night clerk allowed me to use her computer because the printer at the public computer was out of order. Made my needs easily met. Great help for us.

Paying for parking was new for me, there is an event center or something next door and one of the nights we stayed we has to do laps around the parking lot to find a space. Additionally, there are several homeless shelters right next door to the hotel. In our room the shower curtain was in a U shape so the curtain constantly sagged into the middle, giving almost no coverage from the shower to the rest of the bathroom. My biggest complaint is that when I booked this hotel they said they had a hot tub. However, the hot tub has been filled in with cement. But the indoor pool is heated so that was nice at least.

Hello Kayla,Paid parking took effect last year, and we take pride in being the cheapest 24 hour parking around. The Design Center was the host of Omaha Fashion Week which caused over congestion in our parking lot. Please get with me on the hot tub situation. We have removed all advertising on our hot tub. I will take this feedback and improve our guest experience. Thank you again!

no basic toiletries offered in the room such as lotion or kleenex. also they dont tell you its $10 per night to park in their parking lot. Really in Omaha? its not downtown NYC or LA. Also front doors dont open without being let in due to "security"....sketchy....wont stay here again

Hello Patrick,Thank you for providing feedback on your visit. Parking took effect last year and we pride ourselves on being the cheapest 24 hour parking. Lotion is always available upon request, but Marriott no longer requires lotion to be in the room. Kleenex should always be in the slot on the sink. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Heater unit in room was noisy, turned off to sleep. Road noise from street, 2 blocks away was surprising and could be addressed with dampening shades or new windows. Front desk agent was very nice, engaging and efficient. Quality of mattress was very poor, and should be replaced. Made- bed quality was poor and not tight to the mattress. Hallways were A revised QA action plan should be implemented soon.

Wonderful stay for New Years!
Check in was great - staff was nice and accomodating ( we requested a room near the pool). Pool is small, but great for kids. They had so much fun! Easy walk to watch the fireworks. Staff let us bring pizza to breakfast area in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Got into Omaha close to midnight and needed a place to stay before we finished our drive home to Colorado. At first we tried the Holiday Inn that was next to the Fairfield and they were packed according to the desk guy. Went to the Fairfield and they had available rooms and were very pleasant to interact with given the time of night.

This is a nice hotel in the downtown area of Omaha. The breakfast was nice as well as the room. The staff were outgoing and very friendly. That made the stay very nice as well! Thank you!
