I've stayed at several hotels in the Omaha area, and this has been the most satisfying experience I've had in a long time. Close to downtown, free parking, nice hot tub/pool, comfy beds, good WiFi, and possibly most importantly, the best water pressure out of the shower that I've ever had at a hotel.

Loud laundry in middle of night

Cons: Seems like a decent hotel, but there was a loud laundry machine our industrial fan under our room (233) that started loud wash cycles at 1:00 a.m.
Seems like a decent hotel, but there was a loud laundry machine our industrial fan under our room (233) that started loud wash cycles at 1:00 a.m. Continued like that for a half hour. I asked the hotel desk if they could do anything about it, and they said no. Promised to reduce the bill on our stay but did not do that.

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating.
Location: Great location!! Close to baseball park, historic downtown and airport.
Very friendly staff. Great shuttle driver to downtown Omaha. He was very knowledgeable of the area and nice to talk with.

The hotel would not let us pay in cash without a deposit DOUBLE what the room was. Neither me or my boyfriends bank was close by. RIDICULOUS they did not try and work a different pay areangement with us. We wasted 3 hours trying to find a place to deposit cash with NO LUCK. Very dissapointing customer service.

was there for a funeral, no time for extra activities clean comfortable knew it was a good place to stay

New and Clean!

Felt like it hadn't been open mere than a month, like we were only the second guests in our room. Breakfast buffet had nicer selection than other hotels I've seen in this price range. My wife thought the colors were too much, but I thought the bright accents were a nice changeup from the usual, safe earth tones. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Location is good. Walking distance to developing urban scene - bars, restaurants, shops, baseball. Yes, across the street is empty ground but who cares? Area is safe and you have a car anyway; drive to Old Market or wherever. As time goes on, I'm sure this hotel will be in the thick of it.
