Pros: the staff was great, esp the girl at the front desk in the early eve (of 2/1/17). the shuttle & drivers were awesome, quiet room, good breakfast
we stayed to be close to a concert venue, it was within walking distance but it was super cold out so the shuttle drivers were giving rides, to the concert & back. there was a lot of excited teenagers staying in the hotel so i was pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was in our room

Crazy tv

Overall hotel was clean, had a decent breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. I asked for a king size room since I was traveling along and got a double queen. I was too tired to deal with that so I didn't change rooms. My room was also right by the elevator and I could hear EVERYTHING. Lastly the TV was really weird. I had to get up early and tried to watch the news before I had to leave and the TV wouldn't turn on until after 6am. Not sure if they put restrictions on the times it could be used but I thought that was weird. My second night the TV turned on all by itself and woke me up and would not turn off for nearly 30 minutes. Wasn't a bad hotel, just some disappointing experiences.

Pros: Room was very spacious.

Price was very good. Easy access to airport and Creighton University. Hot tub was clean and warm. Front desk staff was awesome with some last minute adjustments.

Not the best stay at a Hampton Inn

Pros: Staff was friendly, breakfast was OK. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Curtains wouldn't close completely and the lights from the street shined directly into the room. There was no tea in the room.
Location: By car, it's just 4 minutes away from Downtown Omaha. Not a nice walk though. Once downtown everything is in walking distance.
Everything was great except for the curtains in our room. The wouldn't close and it felt like sleeping directly under a spotlight. It was very bright and quite unpleasant. There was coffee in the room, but no tea. The breakfast was ok, with sausage and omelets, fruits, yogurt, waffles, gravy, etc.

Don't do it

If you want a good nights rest don't stay here. Went for a room with a view. Big mistake. The view was the TD Ameritrade park entrance. The noise from the road was very annoying all night and this was on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was terrible. Omelets that were microwaved in the back room then put in a warmer. The room was very small. Stayed the weekend. Purposely left some trash on the floor before leaving for the day. It was still there when I returned later that evening. They obviously did not clean the room. Only left new towels and (hopefully) changed the bedding. The water pressure in the shower was terrible would have been better off just using a wash clothe and water from the sink. Not sure if the room was being renovated or what. There was a thermostat on the wall that controlled nothing, you had to use the controls on the room unit. Didn't use the pool but looked in. It seemed to be about half the size that it looked in the pictures. Next time I am in Omaha I will be looking for some place else to stay even if it means driving a little farther to get where I need to be.

Location: Food in the Old Market!
Perfect. Only off thing was the ice machine on 4th floor next to the elevator didn't work, no sign or anything, but just went to 3rd and got ice.

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean and most everything was in walking distance.
Cons: Internet service could have been complimentary for all devices and speed faster.
Location: Great restaurants nearby and old town is not a bad walk.
