Convenience pays off

Pros: Accessibility, close to many restaurants and very quiet and comfortable
Cons: Probably better availability of food in the hotel, only had breakfast.
Location: Location is great walking distance from sports, concert and eating and shopping facilities. Old Market in Omaha is the place to eat and recreate.
Hotel was walking distance from graduation and activity facilities, many shops and restaurants and easy to access. Connecting roads were easy to negotiate and very convenient to access. Parking was available inspite of large functions around the corner and sold out days.

Great Location!

Pros: Room was nice, staff was great and the location was convenient to restaurants and the CenturyLink Center.
Cons: I didn't experience anything that needed improving.
Location: The CenturyLink Center is right down the street and there are numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
I was in town for a convention that was taking place at the CenturyLink Center. The hotel is reasonably priced, it's an easy walk there and if the weather isn't good they are more than happy to shuttle you over. The staff was so accommodating! I needed to leave from the convention center but really didn't want to drag my suitcase with me. They suggested I leave my luggage downstairs that morning and once I called them to pick me up at the convention center they would bring my luggage with them. Nice room, great staff and convenient location - you can't go wrong!

Perfect for Creighton university visit!!

They have a shuttle to and from airport, Creighton University and surrounding area!!! We met a lot of nice helpful people! Enjoyed our stay!!

Nice place, great service...street noise only neg.

The staff was great...very friendly and professional. The hotel was very nice and had all of the amenities that we always like: a fridge & microwave in the room and a bar connected to the hotel for a night cap. The only thing that affected our comfort level was the street noise...our room was facing a very busy, noisy street so our sleep was interrupted many times.

Fire alarm!

Nice place that stay. The only negative is that someone pulled the fire alarm at 4:00 am. Not something the hotel can prevent but it was quite inconvenient.

Relaxing in great location

The room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The receptionist offer complementary breakfast as result of a minor error with the reservation.

My second floor room overlooked their two hotels dumpsters. Not a huge deal until empty bottles were dumped into the dumpster while I was sleeping.

Convenient hotel

The hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient to the Century Link Center where we needed to go. The only negative was the cost of the breakfast. $11.99 seemed a little pricey for breakfast. There were a number of options and it was good, just seemed a little pricey. There is also a charge for parking.

Over priced

I was a little disappointed with the hotel. I feel it was very over priced for what we got as the rooms were smaller and outdated.
