Wonderful Stay!

Posted Sep 3, 2015
When hubby and I arrived at close to 1 a.m., the desk clerk checked us in very quickly and informed us that if we were hungry that room service was available until 2am or we could get a drink or order food at the bar until 1 am and that they would gladly bring it to our room. Being dog tired after a hurendous flight, we were just looking forward to some sleep. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and (Oh, Yeah) they have a Starbucks in the hotel. Woo Hoo! We engaged in a little pool time which was an indoor, heated (unlike some other hotels I have stayed in) and provided a ton of towels in the pool area. Parking was a breeze. Overall, I have to say that this was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have had staying in Omaha. I will keep this place on my list of "Must stay here again".

We loved it.

Posted Aug 24, 2015
We only stayed one night but we loved the Hotel, it was beautiful. Nice big lobby, a Starbucks, nice bar and a restaurant with great food. The staff were amazing, starting with the front desk, bar, restaurant and ending with the Valet parking, they were great, friendly, professions and very helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Nice Hotel

Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: Very clean prpoperty and great staff
Cons: Hire more cleaning staff or be more efficient when busy?
Location: This hotel is very close to the Century Link Center, TD Ameritrade Park, and the Old Market District.
This is an excellent hotel! The only issue we had was our room was not available until about 5:00 and we arrived at 3:15. But to me it wasn't the end of the world since we had free time, we enjoyed a couple of drinks at the hotel bar and the staff was great. When we did check in we were comp'd our parking fees as a thank you and sorry for waiting.

Beautiful lobby, but missing some things

Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: The gorgeous lobby, grandiose appearance, closeness to airport, airport shuttle.
Cons: Free wi-fi, free fitness room, and someone at front desk who will answer phone calls from the rooms.
Location: Good to be close to airport.
The first impression is how gorgeous the lobby is, and how grandiose everything looks. Very pretty. But, for this kind of hotel, they should offer free wi-fi and free fitness room usage. The airport shuttle is very convenient and the airport is close too, about 5 minutes away. The front desk often does not answer the room calls, not sure why, and this ought not be at a hotel of this level.

Within short walking distance of Old Market area.

We rode the shuttle to the Old Market but decided to walk the six block back to the Hotel. Area well lit and except for short construction area all streets had sidewalk.

The hotel was close to our event location.

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: Valet parking was available for $20, self- parking for $14 everyday. The rooms were quiet, heard a little headboard action, not a problem though.
Cons: The rooms could have been cleaner. The toilet seat had bowel stains on it, that was gross. No microwaves in the rooms. Service at bar could be improved
Complimentary breakfast was Ok. Eggs and baked oatmeal for hot food. Cereal and fruit were also an option. Great view and room. the place was a little dusty so pack your benadryl. Overall great experience.

Friendly and attentive staff, clean hotel

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Friendly service, clean rooms and facilities
Cons: More parking options
Location: Right off Interstate 480 next door to the Century Link Convention Center with a skywalk connecting to the facility. Only one block from ball park.
This is an excellent hotel that I would visit again without hesitation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We interacted with staff at the desk, spa, restaurant, snack bar, engineering, housekeeping, garage and valet and found every one of them to be very talkative and pleasant. Our room was clean and quiet. The only small issue we had was finding a parking spot in the garage one night, but the valet staff helped us with that as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Next to downtown and ballpark. Close to everything

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Didn't much care for the lady at front desk and the hotel dinning was pricey but besides that it's in a great location and very close to everything downtown. Had to pay to park was an unexpected charge as well. Although I had a very good trip and would recommend and repeat

Bad Hotel Layout

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
Cons: Add an elevator to other end of hotel!
Location: It is about 6 blocks from the Old Market in downtown Omaha. There are several restaurants, shops and artist shops nearby.
This hotel has elevators only in one location and has long halls. Our room was at the end of the hall, so was 180 steps from the elevator. To get to the parking garage you have to go through the hotel lobby. They also charge $20 per day to park your car. Also the sink in the bathroom is very high. My wife is just under 5 feet tall and was uncomfortable using the sink to wash her face.
